Thoughts
Disclosure – I covered this offer last year. Back then, I used PayPal Bill Pay to hit the debit card spend. During the promotion, the terms were changed to exclude that spend and I was denied the bonus and my CFPB claim.
I’m posting this again because since then PayPal bill pay has lost the ability to pay credit card bills. Additionally, the terms here now list merchants that are excluded. Given these changes (and the affiliate program) I felt this was good to post again.
