BILT is introducing a new rewards program; BILT Cash. This will launch 1/1/26 and replace Milestone Rewards program.
This new rewards currency works exclusively within the Bilt ecosystem without taking away any of the flexibility of your Bilt Points. Bilt Cash can be redeemed for fixed value at local merchants in our network (such as cash off when you use Mobile Checkout, hotels in Bilt’s Travel Portal, fitness classes, and Home Delivery orders). This means $10 in Bilt Cash is worth $10 with merchants in our network.
It can also be used for one-time access to elite status benefits (such as upgraded status for Rent Day transfer bonuses, early access to experiences, and Home Away from Home access for Blue and Silver Members).
Similar to milestone rewards, you’ll earn $50 in Bilt Cash every time you earn 25,000 Bilt Points. Each time you hit that 25,000 Bilt Point milestone, your Bilt Cash will be immediately usable.
Bilt Cash gives you dollar-for-dollar value in our ecosystem and access to experiences and benefits that points can’t buy:
Imagine dining at one of your favorite local Bilt Neighborhood Restaurants. When the time comes to pay your check with Mobile Checkout, you’ll be able to reduce the check total with Bilt Cash before making your final payment.
Imagine you’re a Silver Member planning a trip to London for the summer. If we were to announce a transfer bonus to a partner airline, you’ll be able to unlock one-time access to a Gold Member transfer bonus to make your points go even further.
Thoughts
Nice that it’s earned in addition to BILT points. I don’t know much about the out going program.
