SoFi has changed their membership requires. To be a SoFi Plus member it’s not $10/month. Previously, this could be waived with a direct deposit. That is no longer the case.
Existing members will get an extension through March 2026
“Between 12/9/25–3/30/26, members with Eligible Direct Deposit or Qualifying Deposits will receive complimentary access to SoFi Plus.”
SoFi Plus will also be required to get the 2.2x on the credit card. Previously this could be done with direct deposit.
Thoughts
Don’t see enough here for the $10 fee.
