US Bank will convert existing Kroger cards to Smartly cards. I believe this includes the other versions of this card as Kroger owns those stores. Credit limits, balances, and rewards will be transferred over. New cards will arrive between August and October.
As our partnership with Kroger is coming to an end, U.S. Bank will replace your card with our highest earning cash back card, the U.S. Bank Smartly™ Visa Signature® Card
