Thoughts
It looks like Bilt will be passing on the processing fee for rent/mortgage payments to the cardholder. Bilt cash can be used to cover the cost, likely 3$ of the transaction. Bilt cash will be earned on regular spend, encouraging card use on non rent/mortgage payments.
