Yep, I had the exact same issue. They must be Chex sensitive.
I tried both my drivers license and passport. The computer system wants Live Photos of those and a selfie and I tried both multiple times and it won’t accept them. I got this message “ We are not able to complete your application.
Upload a valid ID with your selfie to continue with your application.” Anyone else have this issue and does anyone know if they happen to he Chex sensitive?
They do not accept U.S. residents. Bank is for Puerto Rico residents.
Odd that the terms and conditions say “Available for residents of the United States (“U.S.”) and/or any of its Territories.”
I sent to to a friend in PR to try out but I’ll try it too when my Chex isn’t so high – just opened a few accounts this month.
