Doctor of credit someone said it only works in Minnesota if you are out of state you would need to provide something proving you
What if you have a secondary residence in Minnesota like I do? I want to apply for this again even though I got denied last year
I tried doing this last summer and got denied entry.
Denied after verifying with the verification department.
Further research indicates this may be a hard pull.
